.... while he's in ICU! He was found on the floor at home unconscious! He was in a comma for a few days and they're feeding him antibiotics intravenously for spinal meningitis, again!
He says hi to everyone here. Here's his cell number if anyone wants to bug him.

479 216 2686 He thinks he feels better.

If you call him, be prepared. He's really hard of hearing even with his hearing aid in.

I will try to call him tomorrow.
My prayers are with him, spinal meningitis is one of the few diseases that scares me. I lost a very good friend to it several years ago. One of the few cases where antibiotics just didn't work. (I won't tell him that story, though.

Geez that was a shock. Lucky someone got him when they did. I hope that with medical help he's on the mend now!
Its scary how one day your OK and something can just get you like that.
How do you get that over there? The only cases of meningitis over here was from people swimming in waterholes or dams that are warmed up in summer. The bacteria increase in numbers in warm water . Its rare though.

Spoke to him this morning and his recovery seem to be coming along well. Forwarded all the best wishes from the forum.

Had to cut the conversation short as they were getting ready to haul him off for more tests, but he thinks he may possibly be released tomorrow.

Keep the thoughts and prayers for him coming!
