targets, bolts??

what target do you guys use which one last , and do you buy or make your own?, and how do you get the insert out the end of the bolt to put a lighted nocks in [ firer bolts], what size lighted nock do you use? thanks, were to a friends house last night and shot , he had some expand made by excal, it my axiom they shot the closes to the 150 gr feild points, he had some fix bh 125gr and they shot 2in low , but all the shooting we did it still would have been a dead deer, we shot about 20 times all with in a papper plate
