Thanks!

Post by GooGoos »

I wanted to thank Excalibur factory for their quick service. My bow string broke the day I was suppose to qualify to hunt with my crossbow. We called them up and told them what was goin on && 3 days later I had a new bow string in the mail. I am now back in bussiness with shooting my crossbow again. Thank you Excalibur!

A spare string or two and a string changer should be standard equipment like having a few extra bolts never a bad idea.

Yea we ordered an extra string and the tool to put the string on as well. Still learning alot with this crossbow. Headed out to the range to shoot it tomorrow. Extra practice never hurts.

GooGoos, welcome to the forum and I share your enthusiasm :) The costumer service of Excalibur (to include Dan Miller) are top notch as evidenced by your post.

Down here where I hunt, they have a new thing this year && you have to qualify in order to hunt with your bow. They have you shoot a 9 inch paper plate at both 20 && 30 yds. They put 3 plates up at each. You get 3 arrows each for 20 && 30 yds. You have to hit at least 2 outta the 3 paper plates at each in order to qualify.
