Kid shot with crossbow

SAN DIEGO (AP) -- San Diego police say a 16-year-old boy throwing rocks at a sport utility vehicle was struck by a crossbow arrow fired by a passenger.Police say the shirtless boy and a friend were throwing rocks at a black Toyota RAV4 in the Linda Vista neighborhood Monday afternoon when a passenger fired a crossbow out the window.The boy was shot in the right side and was taken to a hospital. The San Diego Union-Tribune says his injuries are not life-threatening.His name wasn't released.Nobody has been arrested.

Hope the find the guy who thought it was ok to shoot a 16 year old. Even though at 16 you would expect better. I know I would have stopped and done something. Don't think I would have shot though

well since ya asked... i think more of these jerks young and old should just be shot as they are commiting the crime and stop wasting our tax dollars on a trial for someone who is a pain in our ass any way!!!! The guy that shot the kid is probably a father that teaches his kids to throw rocks and stuff at cars and gets pissed if someone elses kids throws them at him.

That kid needs his ass kicked hard ! Any incident involving a crossbow isn't good PR for us.
But it was a bit harsh shooting him with a sharp arrow. It would have been more fun using blunts

If it was my kid, 16 years old or not, the arrow hole wouldn't be nearly as painful as the a$$ kickin' I'd give him for throwin' rocks at cars!?!? Some of lifes lessons ain't always pretty! Just sayin'!
