picking up verizone reticle in lowlight
Now I know they make the lumizone, I`m going out on a limb and I`m guessing picking up the recticle especially the 30/40/50 yd marks are hard to pick up in lowlight. Can any one with experience shed a little light on this(cheesy pun intended, sorry).

Re: picking up verizone reticle in lowlight
I have both the lumizone and the varizone scope's...the lighted reticle on the lumi is a plus, but i must admit i like the vari better. The lumi is HEAVY!!!!!
I did not have to much of a problem with the vari in low light. My next purchase will be the shadowzone...best of both!!!!

It has not been an issue so far. Most places I hunt, we try not to shoot small bucks so I am more concerned with being able to tell what I am about to shoot.
Would be very interested to see how you like the Shadowzone when you try one georgiaboy. Please post a review when you get one.

Here's a good low light scope. ATN Paladin 390

Hunting is not a matter of life or death. It's MUCH more important than that.

I use a Varizone and don't have any trouble hunting in low light but I am hunting in open field, not in the bush. I'm sure it would be a little darker in the bush and may be more of an issue then.
Gun control is like trying to reduce drunk driving by making it tougher for sober people to own cars.

Re: picking up verizone reticle in lowlight
So far my Vari has let me see well enough before and past legal light in the woods and fields.
The only thing I'd want a lighted reticule for would be for 3D - there have been some situations where it would have come in handy. But then for 3D I also would prefer crosshairs instead of delta for the 30, 40, 50 marks.
