A friend of a friend of mine hit a guy in the face with a piece of pvc pipe in his driveway (my friend's driveway). It's a long story, but the guy pretty much had it coming. The guy had his friends take pictures of his bloody face and called the law with a big sob story. My friend spent the night in jail for the first time in his life and had to face charges for assalt and battery.

Just keep your cool and do it smart.

I know what your saying Darrel, I caught two vermin stealing a stand from us, they snuck in on pvt. land and I caught them and wore their ass out with my walking stick, they took me to court and won, charged me with assault for retrieving my own goods on land that I could be on go figure.

Can't afford to buy another camera . As much as I woul love to catch the dirtbag in the act; I'm sure I would lose in the long run if he got hurt. We are stil working out what we can do and there is some investigating going on.

A place I hunted at had a problem with trespassers. They found a dead elk on their property and it was not theirs. They went and stayed if the bush close by and waited for the hunters to return and claim their kill. When they did in the middle of the night the owner scared the hell out of the two trespassers. Telling them first about leaving them dead up in the mountians and then taking them to the road and calling the game warden and filing trespass and several other violations on them in the end it stopped the trepassing once and for all. Could you imagine walking up the that elk and then have someone come out and make you crap in your pants. Life is good. Got to love it. I'd booby trap it in some way and then turn them in.

Griz nothing pisses me off more than a theifing A$$ ...I know the feeling well.
