Vortex sound dampening?

Can someone with experience tell me how to disassemble the rail for filling? And how much weight will this add? I have the s5 dampeners installed already and planto get a boo string with whiskers and shrink tube for the arrow keeper. And maybe rubber coating for the stirrup and quiver mount. I dont really want to go with a heavier arrow(410 right now). I know noise wont make much difference when hunting, its purely my personal preference. Anyone have other ideas for noise taming without losing much speed?

Anybody try wrapping their foot stirup in leather to dampen it ,leather would hold up good.

As for the way I dampened my rail I will send pics to those that request it.

Wouldn't it be easier to just post the pics in the thread rather than sending them out a bunch of different times? Besides, my only email is through the company and I can't view attachments anyway.
