Use to take one to Colorado when I went out there. Could stuff clothes in there as the day got warmer and carry some crackers or whatever. Only use one around here for small game hunting.

I also use my turkey vest for deer hunting. The padded seat flips up inside while you are walking and is held in place by a strong magnet. Side straps from the seat bottom to the back of vest allow it to become a lounger so you can lean back and relax. Lots of pockets and the back opening can be stuffed with all sorts of items. I also carry a couple of camo blind screen fences in back. I can move to a different location be set up in just a few minutes. It suits my purposes very well. Gee, I thought I was the only hunter with such a great idea!!

Turkey hunting, take a brown towel to sit on. Find it more comfortable than the seat on the vest. Took a guy last year that had on his vest with the seat the whole time and he couldn't sit still for very long before his back got too sore. Wondered if the seat made it worse for him. Maybe he just had a bad back. :)

I bought a Primos rifle hunting vest (they also make a archery vest) and it's a great piece of gear. I carry all my essentials in it so I can just grab it and go. TC

I carry a back pack with all my gear in it but I think a turkey is a good idea too. I like to take my pack off when I'm in a tree stand and hang it on a hook within easy reach.
