First xbow

So I just ordered an exomax for my first bow. Plan on hunting deer elk and moose. Can't wait to get started. I live in Langley BC. Anyone else around here excalibur hunters.

Just reading the local hunting regs. Seems there is an open bow hunting season on texada island dec 15 through Jan 15. Black tail deer with rack and without. There are not really any predators for the dear on the island so they need to be agressively hunted to be kept on check. Looks like I may get a buck this year after all. Texeda is only about 2 hours from my house.
