Okay I'll bite, and it will likely be evident that I'm a novice, but what the hell is a Tick Toter?? :? Is it a reference to garbage arrows?? :)

It can be a deer, hog, squirrel, rabbit . . .anything that might have a tick attached. It's best to use tick repellent when in the woods.

I had been shooting 22" which did stabilize better and found them more consistent than a standard 20"

I have since found a Custom 20" that exceeds all I have tried before.

Sumner knowed it, the junk arrows i referr to are any i have on hand carbon or alum. that are with-in 2-3" in length & from 325 to 375 in total weight. Min of tick toter =6" at 40 yds. i don't care where it hits in the 6" it will kill when i shoot one behind the front leg in tight. Sometimes i have 4 diff length & weight & diff BH's in my quiver when i go hunting. No matter they will all hit with-in the 6" circle!

I am looking at Easton Full Metal Jacket shafts and Carbon Express Maxima Hunter KV (Kevlar) shafts for an upcoming Bison hunt.

My guess is these will have a pretty stiff spine so maybe 22" will help a bit. I plan to experiment a bit so I'll try to post my findings here.
