Well at least you have a date to count down to now, not that it makes the wait any easier, but it gives some light at the end of the tunnel for you! :wink:

i had one of those shots they dont hurt . you can 3or 4 a year. the problem is the pain always came back for me. i dealt with the back stuff for 4 years.right now i am 5 weeks out back surgery no pain lower back. they also do a shot called a trigger point. sounds like you had an mri. in the long run that will tell what you have to do.i do wish you the very best . i hope your shot works for a long time bob watkins
