First time shooting my ibex

Post by chopfather »

I bought an ibex from wyvern creations along with his excalibur crossbow system and it arrived last Tuesday but work and bad weather kept me from shooting it until today. My wife and daughter got a chance to shoot it also and we had a blast ! I think my guns may start collecting dust now that I have an excalibur to shoot. I probably shot it 60 times today and I can't wait to shoot more tomorrow.
I'm seriously thinking about buying another excalibur for my wife and daughter to shoot because they like it so much . :D

The first excalibur is always the gateway drug to a lengthy and costly addiction to all things excalibur. But there is good news. You never come down. Just happier and happier from here on in. nice to meet ya, Welcome to the meeting place, pull up a chair and tell us more

Man, if my guns don't get used, they get pissed at me! To make up for the amount of time I spend with the Excal, I have to take my guns out the same amount.

Have fun with the Ibex! Before I bought the Equinox, I just about got the Ibex. Knowing what I know now, I would have gone with the Ibex.

Good to hear you are pleased with your new Ibex and that your wife and daughter had fun shooting it too. I'd be glad to watch your guns for awhile for you so they don't get too dusty. :)

I don't know if my kids will let the guns rest for too long. My daughters recently started shooting one of our ak's and they love it so it will still see some action but hope fully the excalibur will divert their attention and save a little money on ammo ! :D

Congrats on the Ibex, I know you and the family will have loads of fun. My wife finally was able to shoot mine and she was scared at first because she didn't know what to expect, It didn't take her long and she loved it.

You may have to buy another for your wife and daughter sure enough.
