The vote to make crossbows a permanent part of Pennsylvania's regular archery season is now official! The final vote was taken yesterday, after a three year trial period, and now it's a done deal, and I don't have to worry about selling my Vortex. Not that I would anyway, but I just was not going to go back to vertical bow hunting, and was still worried about some end run political maneuver by vertical enthusiasts. In fact my buddy was holding back on purchase of an Axiom until he got the official word. Now he's putting down money! Crossbow sales will go up now, given those who have been "waiting to see" will now commit. HOORAY!!!!! Great news. Now if Michigan and others will do the same.

Congrats to you folks up there! Wish the folks at KY's F&W would get the stones to stand up to the "vertical" crowd and pass full inclusion..... 
They tried to several years ago but ended up caving giving the "bowhunters" the early season and the pre-rut and excluding the crossbows.
