I got her sighted in shooting 125gr spifires, slick trick mags & slick standards to poi out to 40yds.

NICE BOW !!! Those Axioms are great bows , All the power you need but are easy on strings and scopes. I have mine sighted in with scope , red dot and open sights . I'll can switch them around without a noticeable change in P.O.I at 30 yards. That camo pattern is great !

Hello!

Nice bow "you" have there :)
I wonder, you guyz always sighting the crossbow from a rest? Don't you get than a different POI (rest vs. offhand shooting)? Or those "sandbags" absorbs enough? I already ordered sandbags anyway...

Thanks!

I have an excal fff on the axiom, the viper x's are on my other bows. But to answer your question i love them!! I have over a 150 shots on the vixen with very little serving wear & there's minimal creep in the strings at installation. Worth the money IMHO. :D

Good to hear you got pretty momma sighted in. I hope she brings you gut luck! :)

Georgiaboy, you may have to fight the wife over that. I bet you'd look mighty cute carrying that into the woods this fall.

Yea, i'm sure the fella's will ride me hard, but i've been called worse!
When i bought the bow i had all intentions of blacking her out, then a thoughtful member reminded me why it was pink in the first place...cancer awareness. :(
I lost my mother to cancer in 1997, time numbs the pain but it never goes away. So i will take my pink bow to the woods this year & give it some tree time. If the lord is willing i will harvest an animal with it in honor of my mother and be proud of my pink bow. :D

Have some fun with it while you're at it. Bet your buddies that you can do it. They'll probably say that you can't.

Several years ago when I used to shoot vertical bows a lot in tournaments, my uncle and I used to always shoot together. He bought a bow that the riser was hot pink, the limbs were white, and the cams were chrome that he used in the tournaments. People bet him he couldn't take a deer with it in the fall. Just to prove them wrong, he took it out and shot a really nice buck with it.

You may end up making a little cash off your bets if you can get anyone to bite.

Sweet, you are a lucky man, your wife wanting her own is a great thing, just to be able to shoot together. Does she hunt as well? I wish my wife would get interested into it with me. Maybe someday I will be able to buy a Vixen and say here its yours. Maybe then then she would get into it. I am going to try again and get her shooting my Equinox this summer right in our yard. Maybe then she will want to get into it. I think she is scared to loose my arrows. I have told her before I have a few extra and don't worry about it, but it hasn't worked yet. I will try again this summer, with the help of the grandson urging Grandmere to shoot she just might get into it. She will do anything for our grandson. I would love to have her with me in my Big Buddy tree stand this fall and let her shot the deer.
Thanks,
Raymond
