Bought a scoutguard 570 series camera from the 2011 TO sportsman show and was having problems with it.Email them and was told to send it to them and just got it back today but its not my camera its a new one!! Talk about customer service. Thanks ScoutGuard/U-Way

That is good to hear. I just bought a SG550M so I can keep a close eye on a property and it has so far been working well. I get a pic emailed to me a few times a week when the light is just right, but so far no "two legged" animals (which is what I a going for) to worry about. I could probably put it on a trail or feeded but the nautral wildlife has never needed to steal my generator, heaters, climbing stands and climbing spurs, and enything elsel that was not bolted down.

I have had great luck with my 560V takes great pictures had been in service for close to a year and took thousands of pictures . It started to act up --- emailed scoutgaurd got an RMA # and sent it in . 2 weeks later I received a brand new camera . Would not hesitate to buy another . Great customer service !

set the new one up last night and left on the table and checked it today seems to be working great
