In a nutshell, the state will do a pilot test in up to 4 management units. They will study these 4 units for 2 years and evaluate the findings and proceed from there.

This does not effect the already passed 55 and over and under 16 season put in place by the KDWP&T.

Better than nothing.....

The four zones will encompass about a 1/4 of the state.. Like I said...better than nothing and a foot in the door.
