Re: Arrow length
I had a quite a bit of trouble getting the aluminum inserts out of some GTII's so I cut 'em to 19 in. and installed brass inserts. Cant tell any difference in accuracy as opposed to 20's.Both shhot great.

Maybe I missed something, but why flat nocks? I bought new arrows with the light up nocks and was told that I could use the half moon nocks, just make sure you have a nock vane. (The reason I got the half moon is that they didn't have any flats nocks at the time).

I think the term is cock vane. The danger of shooting moon nocks is if a guy/gal is used to just stuffing any vane down,[flat nocks] they may screw up and put the wrong vane down, resulting in a partial dry-fire.............just make sure you have a nock vane.
