Firebolt not to the same POI

I have 12 Firebolts and one is consistly to 2" off center. If I put the Firebolt label up it shoots 2" low. If I put the label to the right It shot 2" high and left.I tested the arrow by spin testing, I weight it. Everything seem the same. Any Ideas?

Something different about the fletchings? Or, different spine?

same fletchings as the other ones and same spine. It's got me stumped. I use the same point on all three arrows.

I would say you have an insert thats not sq. in the shaft from whom ever built yer arrows. Thats happens, cost is so cheap on alum. inserts. That tolerance isn't kept real tight

Likely the spine of that arrow is different. Orient the strong spine opposite of a cock feather.

sounds like a cull arrow to me... it always gonna be a bad one or 2.

I kept it but mark NG (no Good) for hunting.

I put a small game tip on my cull arrows...if i launch it into the unknowns no big loss.

I put a field point that I ground the point off on a cull bolt. Then use it to unload at the end of the hunt. Just shoot into the ground and no fuss unloading.

Same thing happened to me last year. I finally did a spin test and the shaft had a little wow in it.

I like the idea of using it for small game or release arrow at the end of a hunt.
