Got a few pics of this 6 pointer on the trail camera. He apparently was shot at the base of his neck and the arrow/bullet and it exited at the crease of his shoulder/neck area. Hopefully he will able to get through this season and grow into something. It looks like he has the potential.

wow awsome recovery!! do you think the deer was directly under the shooters stand?..if im seeing it right it looks like someone took a straight down shot..
i did it once with a vertical bow sitiing down..i felt it was the hardest shot i ever made..
then a few years later i tried it from the standing up position..i think i shot through his ear..
