Love those ladder stands, I have 4 myself, but mine are only, 1 man, I really like the shooting rails on them, and the easy/safe way of getting to platform,
I like your double/2 man,but too heavy for me to put up by myself
"enjoy" and good luck to ya.

Good looking setup!
I would like to setup a ladder stand, especially the two man stand,, but unfortunatley,, it would end up like vixenmaster's tree stand... stolen! :(
sure would be nice though

Good Luck This season :D

What Brand of 2 man stand is yers ? Boo gave me abit of advice & its good thinkin on his part. Said Put ladder stand up but when you leave take bottom section or better 2 sections. Use a cable & a chain give them some grief tryin to steal next time! Plus a camera! :D

That's a nice looking one. I have two that I hunt out of or put one of my kids in regularly. They are very stable once set up, but can be a challenge to get into place. Hopefully you have better luck with the camo skirt than I did with mine. The deer always seemed to pay more attention to the stand when it had a skirt on it. When the leaves fall off you're pretty much a big lollypop on a stick.

The ones I hunt in now are always without any type of skirt. There have been seven deer bagged out of one of mine in the past two seasons and it is only a 12ft ladder.

Come the end of September I'll be spending a good bit of time in my two man stand. My son often hunts with me and there's plenty of room for both of us, but when I'm alone it's even more relaxing. I can really lay back!
I've even noticed snoring often attracts game!

Mine has been in place for a few years now, and I have it on private property and close to the center of the property, so it's not visible to passers-by on neighboring property. It's also locked with a cable lock, and the rail is secured to the tree with a lag bolt. Someone could steal it if they wanted it bad enough, but they'd have to work for it. I also have a game cam nearby (on the feeder), so there's a chance I'd have pics of tresspassers.

The "porta-roof" is nice, too.

View of the stand from under the feeder - (note the game cam in the lower left corner of the pic)
