S5 with or without D-Bars

Post by nchunterkw »

Just bought an S5 system for my Vortex. Should I leave the D-Bars on? WHat are some opinions, Pros, Cons?

pro= lighter front end, con= diff hardware. I'm of the opinion the S5 makes the diss setup redundant............

I'd say take them off and lighten the front end. All my three Excals have the DB bars removed. Danny Miller can forward the need hardware to remove the DB bars.
