Congratulations :D I love a crossbow, I have never shot a deer with a gun other than putting someone elses down with a finaly shot and I just got my first last year but I think I will always crossbow hunt deer because I love it
To be a vegetarian is to listen to the live carrot gradually screaming as it drowns in a pot of boiling water …. Which is more ethical to you ?? :roll: :lol:

Congratulations man!! Now you got some meat in the freezer and the pressures off. I took about 15 pounds of that doe I killed to make jerky and its just about gone!! :shock:

Be careful with that shoulder though.

Congrats on your first crossbow deer, I just got me a crossbow and some Swhackers am going to try it out this year. I tore up my shoulder so I can't shoot my vertical bow. Now for the serious points-you tell one hell of a story! When you mentioned the leafed out dogwood I could actually see the tree in my mind! I loved the story and again, congrats on the deer

nice job, i just got my crossbow this year another option from my vert witch i can choose can't wait to try it on some speed beef , have to wait till 10/1.
