Control One CDS Harness

We had a previous thread going where it was decided that the Company was out of business and the Control Descent Harness System was no longer available. I have since seen that they will be starting up again in the USA in 2014 making the CDS harness again.

I also located a dealer on Ebay that is selling out his stock of the Control One CDS II Harness System for $99.00 shipped. I just ordered me one to replace my old Summit SOP harness. There are a few still left on ebay if any of you guys are looking.

I have a spider live wire descent system that I picked up for about $60 and looks like it does the same thing. It connects between your harness and the tree strap so it is very comfortable and almost invisible.

It looks like they are already back in business under a different name.

Nope. Completely different company. The Spider Wire System is great but is a one use system only. The Control One system is built into the harness and is repackable and can be used several times.

I have one Never had to use it.But when I was learning it took several times before I could get it to lower me to the ground. Finally got to working ( I hope)..But i believe in it
