Thanks everyone! It was a hunt that I will never forget.

PanHandler, I'm just outside of Roanoke. Its great deer country with the mountains and farms but this urban hunting that my friend and I have gotten into is action packed fun.

gotcha. I spent four years just an hour N of you in Rockbridge Co on the Maury River. A little more hilly through there than the Noke, but we still saw tons of deer on 39 and in our yard. Should have been waxing em.
