The Vortex is a great shooting crossbow I wish I had another one just like it or an aluminum rail Ibex.

My wife wants a Pink Vixen II I'm afraid that will be my next purchase.

You'll love it but it may be a little louder than the Axiom if that matters to you.

Congrats on getting the vortex, Thats what I wanted but didnt have another $200 to get it so I settled with the ibex smf. I have about 75 shots threw it, the newer rails seem to be as tough as they say they are.

Good for you and congratulations.

I wish I could get a pink-Vixen with thumbhole for my wife. She can shoot my Ibex all right, but likes the more compact LOP of the Vixen.

My dream - You go to Excalibur website and the first drop box is limb weight, then stock design (rifle/thumbhole), camo design/color, sight, string and which mailing service you prefer. :D
