Hi everyone, just a little note. This was my sons first crossbow hunt away from home. First year he could carry his crossbow by himself with his own tag. First mourning of the hunt at 7.15 am arrowed a 8pt buck. A few thanks to go out to a few people on the forum for there excellent equiptment and acsessories that they make. First big john custom bolts, vixenmaster for custom fff string, much for his custom mount, also ironoggin for selling my son his first bow. Thanks again to all for making my sons first crossbow hunt memorable one. Derf

Congratulations to your Young Gun on his accomplishment!
I just knew that Ibex would work out well for him, and am Happy to hear it did!!

Ya he is pretty proud, son 1 and dad 0. Now he is hunting in behind his grandpas hoping to see if he can make it 2-0. Lets just say he has caught the excalibur flu and there is no cure. Derf.
