Scope rings?

I see that there are scope rings for 30MM & 1 inch tubes and my question is are they interchangeable? Thanks as I am trying to mount a Nikon BoltXR on my Equinox and I must use rings that allow the scope to set higher off the Excal mounting rail. If I try and use the Excal rings the front of the Nikon BoltXR contacts the rail.

Go to www.natchezss.com they have Weaver Grand Slam 30mm high rings on sale for $20.49. The stock no.is F10WE49308 for the gloss and F10WE49309 for the matte.

30 mm are .200" bigger than 1" [25mm]in diameter.........

I don't know about 30 mm but the 1" come in low, med, and high.............

The Nikon Bolt XR scope has a 1" tube diameter according to the specs found here.

The 1" and 30mm rings are not interchangeable, they are the two most common tube diameters used for scopes. You would need to get 1" scope rings that have a height that is either medium or high. My recommendation is the Burris Signature series zee rings

For an inexpensive ring, I have had very good luck with Leupold rifleman rings. They make a standard type and a verticly split set.Both in diff. hts. They are a really nice set of cheap rings.
