Crossbow alignement

My new Equinox after assiblemy the string and rail will not level together. So what do I level the scpoe to the string or the rail? Or do I have a bad proublem?

On mine all three are level to each other.
You may want to review the video section for proper assembly an start over from the beginning. Remove the limbs and check all contact surfaces.
Suspect one of the following:
the two lips may not be in place securing the limbs flat to the riser. See time 3:41 of the video Assembling your Excalibur Crossbow.
Also it could be that one of the washers for the limb bolts is in the wrong location. ( between the limbs and the riser assembly)

Mine was like that when i first assymbled it, and when i looked it over i found out the" riser was not seated properly, so i loosened the bolts and reseated it and everything was fine. !! So i suspect the same thing on your,s. Good luck..
