Bill when will i get my matrix 380?
I was told by my retailer (I am in Europe) that I would have my bow by today the 15/1/13, I have been waiting two weeks already , I have already paid for it in full two weeks ago ,The retailer is telling me that the distributer IN AMERICA is still waiting for stock from Excalibur , All I am saying is if I haven't got it by the end of this month I am taking my all my money back. I don't wanna hear excuses about production and logistics I just want the bow and if you cant supply it in four weeks my money wont go into your business account but back in my pocket . That's it.

All joking aside, unless you bought the bow directly from Excalibur, it's your dealer and the distributor you should contact, they're the ones who have your money, not Bill.

Fer Chri$akes man, I'm in Canada (where they are made you know...), ordered and paid for a 380 (through a Registered Dealer here) the very first day the Fine Folks at Excalibur came back after Christmas. And you know what? I'll be waiting at least two (likely three or maybe even four would be my guess) weeks before the delivery man shows up! Well worth the wait IMHO.
So, either you want the bow, or you don't. There were only so many produced in the initial run. Explosive interest caused quite the run on those, and many Dealers are still on the waiting list from what I understand.
Methinks instead of tossing threats at Bill & Company, you might simply want to consider Sucking It Up Princess! All Good Things Come To Those Who Wait...
Patience is Tough (I'm still pacing...) but it will be Well Worth It in the long run...

Wow! Did you ever think that there may be a missunderstanding on your dealer's side or your dealer's distributor?
To my knowledge they will not be released until the begining of Feb. Perhaps a phone call between your dealer and Excalibur is in order rather than threats? There are still a few of them in retailers here in North America. If you ask I might be able to direct you so you can buy one from a dealer here.
