To all of my friends here on Excal Forum. We jus went & picked up Gussy, she had been poisoned & not a stroke said the Vet. All we can figure is she must have gotten some rotten all grain sweet feed from feeder. She goes there on her own to chase the squirrels. Thank all of you fer the Prayers.

I sure hope she is OK. One of my friends had two of his dogs poisoned by rat poison his neighbor had put out. Both almost died but finally pulled through. That was about 5 years ago and both dogs are still around.

Have my own Companion (always have had at least one around) and Yes, he means a LOT More to me than most Two-Legs in this world. Always a serious concern when they fall ill!

Good to hear that your pup is doing better Mike. I know what it's like when they aren't feeling well. My little squirrel dog is "my little chubby buddy" as I call him. Just as soon as I sit down in the recliner and he hears the foot portion go up, here he comes to set up camp between my legs so he can get rubbed, patted, and scratched. Been like that since he was a pup. If anything ever happens to him, I'm going to be a basket case.

Gussy is eating well drinkin plenty of water. She sleeps alot & rests. Thats good fer her, spect about this weekend she will be near normal. Thats what were praying fer, no relapse full recovery. Lets face i need me #1 nose fer deer cause i can't blood very good anymore. Josey needs another good yr & 4-6 more deer she will be a top hand
