I Did It!
Well, I finally took the plunge this weekend and I passed my P.A.L. and Hunter's Ed coarse, so I can now legally hunt with my Excal and or long guns. At 46 years of age, it's still nice to get a pad on the back from Dad! I know he looking forward to going out together.
Turkey license is next and I'll be all set!

Congrats. I wish we had turkey here in Nova Scotia, I would love to hunt and harvest a turkey. You folks who have turkey are so lucky.

Just to let you know you can do the turkey course online. I got mine last fall this way, easy and I didnt have to leave the house or take time off work.

My Dad showed up at the end of the day, I was writing my test, and he came up to write his turkey test. He was there when I came out with my paper work and it was just like being a kid again, given me the rub on the head with a big grin.JT of PA wrote:Congratulations and great job !!!
