The only other pic I've got of that rod (Echo Carbon 6'6" 3wt) was taken the same trip, but a bit more of a close-up view.
Just got that rod a week or two ago. (Last year's model on a closeout sale. ) Just a couple slight changes to the cork & reel seat on the new model, same rod & hardware from what I understand. This rod makes 4 (or 5 if I count a 3/4) 3wt rods I own. I bought this one because it's a 4 piece and fits in a very short case (22") which stores behind my truck seat easily.
Very nice! Makes my K-Mart special look a tad inadequite.
