Matrix Hard Case

Post by va3cgt »

I had no intention at this time to buy a Matrix but while I was in Le Baron (Toronto) I decided to inquire about one. The sales guy got 6 in that day and sold 5...I got the last one. Needles to say my wife was not happy...but I am.

Anyway I'm surprised Excal doesn't offer a hard case for their bows. Does any one know if a hard case is in the works for the Matrix?

I was going to look into if the Plano hardcase would fit the matrix. Anyone tried one yet ?

With a little refitting, (3"thick foam on bottom in front, thin foam under forearm, and sliding rear foam a couple inches forward) the Plano Pillar case works great for my new 355. Can't leave Munch Mount on so I refit it with thumb bolts, nylon wshers and rubber gommets. On and off relatively quick.

I've read that the Plano 1130 will accommodate a Matrix. I was just wondering if there will be a crossbow Matrix spacific hard case available soon. I see there is one case made in Qubec but they want almost $200
