Took out my New Gun!

Post by Trx480Ryan »

Bought a 22-250 a couple weeks ago from a buddy, finally got to take it out for a hunt, rather then just shooting paper

Savage Model 11 22-250, with scope bipod and accu trigger,

Works quite well

Nice shot!,
I have a ground hog hunt to look forward to at the beginning of May with another member here. Eliminating hole digging varmints is a great way to meet farmers and gain permission to deer hunt on prime properties during Archery season, a win win situation.

Good job Ryan.

Did you get that in Essex county?

Very cool! I just resighted my 22-250 this morning. Gonna try and whack a coyote or two...see if I can't catch up to Adrian. I didn't know until recently that we had those critters (groundhogs) here in Essex/Kent county area. It'd be fun to pop a couple of those too! :)
