It was only 40 and was probably the string . It might have been the rest and chair too. You have got me beat on the free hand for sure, very impressive shooting Dan.

Sounds like ya'll had a blast! Also, sounds like a fish story I once heard! LOL However, since ummm cough cough ... your 380 won't hit a dime at 50 yrds, I might just might be talked into trading both my Eclipse and Axiom. You know, just to help a brother out. LOL

A dime at 50 is easy...almost too easy. Real shooters hit a dime and give change at 50.
We will be back there again for sure.

Well, as I was corrected, he never shot at the dime at 50 yards because I was hogging it up with my 3D deer. I shot one bolt high into the back, freehand of course, then I get ready to rip off another bolt and see one it the heart of my deer, good old Xcal1 shot across the lane to finish off my deer.
Then he proceeded to fit three bolts into the dime sized dot at 40 yards.

Had a blast though. We have a public park a few towns over with a free archery range that is so nice, and we were the only two there for hours. It was like we owned it. Thanks for getting me out there bud.
