Grim Reapers

Just a shout out to the people at Grim Reaper. I bought a package of crossbow heads to try with my new Matrix 355. When I opened the pack I tried to spin the practice head and could not get it wobble free on 12 different arrows. Called the company and they sent out a new practice head and it spun great on the first arrow. I shot it 3 times and I guess pilot error, I hit the rope anchor inside the McKenzie Kick Start Target and broke off one of the blades. Called Grim Reaper and not only sent me the few parts to fix it, but sent me another new practice head. Now, I don't know how well they will perform this fall, but the customer support is second to none. Thanks Grim Reaper!
