What are we going to talk about while everyone's in Canada and or poor souls are stuck down here in this heat ? How about how bad those bugs and flies are up there.

Well Folks,
We poor buggers that are not able to attend Boofest are going to laugh and cry and whine because we are not there. But we will be okay. We will keep each other company and we will do just fine. I am sure that there is plenty of good folks on this forum to keep us all busy.
Someone will post some photos just to tease us, . They will save the best for last until they are all back on the forum, . We will talk about the deer and animals we are seeing and how close it is to our hunting seasons. Maybe we can find out where those that are attending Boofest are hunting and we can go and hunt their deer before they get back, .
Bring us some photos to view with us all, we all want to see some of the shenanigans that goes on there at Boofest.
And most of all, for all of you who are attending Boofest, enjoy yourselves, be safe and have a safe journey to and from Boofest. I will say a prayer for all of you to have a safe and happy weekend and safe return trip home afterwards.

Dan stopped by the house Wednesday on his way up to get Danny. I fattened him up a little more, and we each destroyed quite a few brain cells. We shot for a little while Thursday morning, but decided we liked it better in the house in the A/C, so we went back in there.

Made a little trip into town to make sure that Dan would be able to find his way when he took off last night. We stopped and I got something and sent it up with Dan for the folks who will be at Boofest.

Got back to the house, sat around jawing some more, ate a little more, drank a little more, and then Dan went back to bed to get some sleep before taking off. He was going to get up and take off around 11 PM, but it ended up being around 9 PM.

It was good finally getting to meet Dan. He's definitely a character. Just wish I could have made it up that way this year.

Well I went and took my 4 year old grandson for a ride on the 4 wheeler. He always loves to go for a ride down through the woods on a ride or a walk. I never even thought to bring a camera with me and take a few pictures.

Over the weekend the wife and I went to the brand new Cabela's store in Green Bay wi. Lots and lots of people and so many toys to see.
