She reminds me of Timothy Treadwell. She'll probably end up like him if she's not more careful. The video is foolish and irresponsible. It's worse than what Treadwell did because at least he cautioned people not to try contacting the bears like he did. She's shooting a video and posting it on Youtube as if it's okay to approach wild animals like this. Bears are individuals just like people. A bear that loses its fear of people will act very differently from these bears. What she's doing is habituating these bears to being around people, and that's how they'll begin to lose their fear of humans. More importantly, that's when they become most dangerous. This lady should probably be sighted for doing this and posting her video on Youtube. She's a danger to herself and to others.
