If the lube is used on the rail would it make a good serving wax. Just a little easier to applie.

I wouldn't apply rail lube to the string.That's just me though.I use scorpion venom on the string.

But if you are using it on the rail you are putting it on the serving. I do use Dalton, but you have to agree it would be nicer to work with then a hard wax.

I think the most would agree nothing on the rail. Dalton's should be all you need.
