Matrix 380 String Advice
I've been shooting my 380 matrix and I'm extremely happy with this bow and I'm looking forward to using it in moose and deer season. but I'm would like some advice on upgrading the bow string. The arrows I'm using are the recommended Diablo with the bolt cutter broadheads. Any advice would be appreciated thanks
Re: Matrix 380 String Advice
There's only two types of strings for it, the endless loop that it came w/ and a flemish. Used to be, the flemish would add fps compared to the el. Not so much diff w/ the Matrix[s].I would like some advice on upgrading the bow string
Danny Milller made the string you are using and also has Flemish, talk to him at 740 483-2312.
There are severl custom string makers on here besides him, all have good products.
If you change types of strings, your poi will shift some too. Same string, same bheight, same poi, fwiw.....

Got a red and black flemish from Xcaliber on mine. Love it!
Re: Matrix 380 String Advice
I haven't shot anything with the Bolt Cutters but I know they are very accurate and have been used with success on moose.
BTW, Danny Miller's Flemish strings are a bit faster than the endless loop that comes on the bow. Yep!
