your choice is mighty fine riflemanz....
I have never used anything out of the ordinary to prepare for a hunt.
and we hunt out of ladders, climbers, shoot'n houses and ground blinds.

my son even smokes while hunt'n....something I don't do !!! 3 years clean !!! :D
we manage to get our limit on our lease land and get a few on our property when we see its needed for habitat growth.

several folks I work with use the "non-scent" stuff, and that's all good !!!
I even recommend it to be used on other's hunting lands.

one day I mite try it, if needed

I'm sitting in the car in front of the laundromat right now doing the. Same thing .figured I had to much to fool with one washer at home so filled 2 of the big triple load machines. I leave the 12th for 18day moose and bear hunt so need lots of fresh clothes. Worst part is ill have to sit here again the day I get home because our deer season starts the next day

One of the best soaps out there is "Sport wash", you can get it at Walmart.
Kills UV, and scent free.
It is very gentle on clothes and wont mess with any of the existing waterproofing of your gear.

how do you deal with all the smells from laundry detergent and softener smells that already exist in the washers and dryers that dont go away Never thought about that before until I smelled the washer and dryer and the existing smells from these two things are still present after I washed my clothes with scent away You would have to use a new washer and dryer not to contend with these smells Now I wash them by hand

Our washer is current, it holds no odors from previous loads. My wife will typically run a load of sheets with Sport wash and a silver electrolysis setting ensuring a clean machine prior to taking a run at our hunting clothes.
I am not one to think I can fool a deers nose by eliminating scent, I care more about UV and protection and care of my hunting clothes.
