Getting matrix fever

Post by Masboy »

I keep thinking I need a 380 matrix an everyday I think of reasons not to get one an they are becoming less an less.now that I cut my vortex down for a kids ,bow fishing bow I don,t have a big boy other than my sons equinox that my other son will be using this season. I have a good vixen to shoot an happy with it so don,t think I will need anymore lower poundage bows an go for the 380 an shoot some logs in it if I want to slow ,quiet it down. I like to shoot long range targets an need a much flatter shooting fast bow to cut thru the wind . I almost got myself talked into it

You don't need a 380, now the 355 is the one! :)

I love my matrix 355 but have a little buyers remorse... I shouldn't have sold my Vixen II to fund the matrix. I really miss that bow... That sucker was so easy to pull and string servings lasted forever!

It seems like this is a common sentiment from people that upgrade to a matrix at the cost of their trusty slow shooter. If you can afford it, I would buy the 355 and hold onto that vixen as your everyday shooter.

I also agree with VM's statement.

I shoot my 355 more then I did my vortex simply because its more enjoyable due to it physical size being smaller its much more easy to handle
