Chrony Results
Decided to put my Ibex through my chrony and here are the results, with the standard stock string its shooting 384g arrows at 290 fps and 420g arrows at 282 fps, I may have to look at getting a Flemish string now to see what a difference it will make!

Re: Chrony Results
Several strings makers on the Forum, plus Danny Miller makes the optional string. Usin a 384gr arrow you will get about 6-8 fps increase

Your Chrony data looks good to me (it's easy to get results that are pretty far off if you are not careful) and it verifies the "5:1 Ruke" again.BoltCutter wrote:Decided to put my Ibex through my chrony and here are the results, with the standard stock string its shooting 384g arrows at 290 fps and 420g arrows at 282 fps, I may have to look at getting a Flemish string now to see what a difference it will make!
384gr-350gr = 34gr
34gr/5 = ~~-7fps
305-7 = 298-~~10 for the flemish string = 288fps. You are right in the ballpark.
Also, working it backwards between your 2 arrow weights.....290-282 = 8fps
8fps*5gr/fps = 40gr
420-384 = 36gr. Again, right in the ballpark.
Nice job.
