Beautiful New Brunswick bear. You should be very happy, especially because it's your first. What plans do you have for the hide and the meat? If you have any tips on cooking/processing bear, I would appreciate hearing from you.

Looks like a ton of bear jerky to me. Best jerky I ever ate was bear. Congrads to you both on the pair of bears. :D
