Free Crossbow Clinics coming to Michigan....

MCF has big plans that include free CROSSBOW CLINICS at various locations around Michigan in 2014. These will be one day events for the entire family and will focus on crossbow use and safety. The clinics will start after the trade show season in the spring and continue through the summer. We hope to have a variety of crossbows to fit all shooters. Dates and locations will be posted on the Michigan Crossbow Federation website. We should have some listed by January 2014. Does Michigan still have the 350fps limit on crossbows? I might have to take the Matrix 380 sticker off my new rig when I hunt stateside. it's great to bring awareness to our sport, thanks for all the hard work.

I've read the 2013 Michigan DNR handbook and didn't see a single "fps" comment. Maybe someone else can add more info...

If my Michigan buddy was still alive, I'd be hunting your great state, but alas he has passed. He was a real hoot and enjoyed i his company more than the hunting.

May have to make a trip across the pond for one of these events as well as Boofest next year.
