Re: Blinds ?
I have 2 also . Great blind for the money . I hardly ever put the poles in top of it I just use it without it . The first time I tried to fold it up I look like Marlin Perkins on wild kingdom fighting a boa constrictor !

Re: Blinds ?
I have 17 acres about 2 hours from home, a combination of woods and fields. I set it up with two doghouse blinds, a ladder stand, and this year I also have a climber (since the ladder stand is too hard to move). They are up all season (well, not the climber)...though sometimes I will move the ground blinds if I see the activity to have moved.
The land can probably safely accomodate 3 bow hunters or two firearms hunters....maybe 3 firearms hunters but they would have to be trustworthy in knowing their zones of fire......
Since they are up all season, I do use the poles in the tops of the blinds. I don't need (or have not yet regretting not using) the high wind supports.
I have hunted in them in some pretty soaking rains. They are not waterproof and thus do leak...but it's a heck of a lot better than being outside and unprotected.

Re: Blinds ?
I built a natural ground blind 2 days ago in one spot and I'm working on another ground blind this afternoon made out of pallets with tree limbs stuck in them. I also have three loc on stands up.
Re: Blinds ?
I'm trying one out this year from hunters specialties. it has 5 stakes that push into the ground. it's 12 feet long and you can adjust each stake from 24" inches up to 56". I used it today and worked pretty good. it's pretty light only weighs a couple of pounds.

Re: Blinds ?
Huge Primos vision fan here. Large, easy to set up and very durable. Also love the magnetic windows. Had mine out all season long for the last 3 yrs and not one problem.

I have a doghouse blind on one side of the feeder and a 2-man ladder stand on the other. Keep them out year round and also have a "porta-roof" umbrella above the ladder stand.
