attaching a sling

Post by rbcss »

I got a new Ibex and wanted to put a sling on. I'm open to suggestions on what you use. but my main question is how do attach you sling. on my bow there is a spot on the stock and butt end with a small hole to attach your swivels to but they don't look strong enough and I'm afraid of them breaking. are they strong enough or do you drill your own holes and attach your stud to your stock.

Assumeing a stock is a stock. I got a new Excal and it has no stud as it is just moulded into the stock for rear and a stud up front. Looks good and solid to me. I won't be afraid to use it. Falls and breaks Excalibur will fix the damage I am sure,
