Robin Hood at 40 yards

Post by dougk »

After sighting in the scope i managed to Robin Hood one of the arrows at 40 yards freehand.

Given the Excalibur crossbows are so accurate, does Excalibur have a replacement program for Robin Hood arrows?

I am going to have to stop shooting the same dot.

If you do very much reading on this forum, you will see that one of the main pieces of advice given is ........ Do Not Shoot More Then One Arrow At A Time At The Same Target ! as it can get Expensive

Learned the same (hard) lesson just the other week. As soon as I heard the arrow hit I knew it wasn't good  Have cracked shafts on a few others before, but this was my first "perfect" Robin Hood at 30 yards. Luckily for me, I had new arrows coming in from John just a few days after! :)
