3.5-4.5 depending on your deer size. In ok probably 4.5 in the north 3.5

I've only seen a couple pics of 4.5's and they had some bellies on them. I'm gonna go with 3.5. Post a reply when you get him aged!

Thinking 3.5 as well. Too square. I wouldn't turn him down though!

2 1/2 His back is too straight as they age it tends to droop He would taste good now though :D

Usually they start the back saggin at 5 yrs & belly. Look at his head, he is full size head between the eyes n nose. At least 3 1/2

I live in Va but am on the line (15 minutes drive ) from NC and have hunted alot and owned land to hunt on in NC . Several of my racks on the wall came from there and I can definitrly say that its 2.5 year old .

don't worry about age, just worry about pulling the trigger before the fever make an accurate shot impossible :!: :!:

3 years old and may be a big body deer some day but rack wont be much more I don't think... so... I would take him out

I know this buck was 5yrs old when this pic was taken, he never made it to 6yrs of age, it takes awhile for them boys to get a gut.

I have found over the years that it is MUCH easier to properly age whitetail deer if they are laying on the ground and you have the right tools to age 'em. :lol: :lol: Zombie or Nosler TOOLS may be a valuable aid to this end :lol:

Right on. My favorite way to AGE a deer is in a cooler. :D
