I just got a Matrix 380 last week and am loving it! I am also itching to kill some deer with it too!!

Welcome, You have made a great choice. I will not part with my 380 or the 4 other Excalibur bows we own. The buy once, cry once didn't work for me. I just keep getting more

I resemble that remark! I'm new to the 380 too, and like you I really did lots of research and went with what looked to be the simplest, most accurate and easiest to maintain.
